Used Tinkham Garage Door Co for the first time based on recommendations. I needed my door replaced. Great service, honest, very reasonable pricing, friendly, and above all, a great job! Highly recommend!

One of my springs broke on my double car garage door. I called one company left a voicemail and they never called me back. I called another company and they said they would replace one spring or both. I contacted Duane and he told me he would never only replace one spring on a double spring door. He said anyone that would do that would be doing me a disservice. My brother in law does garage doors in another state and he verified this for me and said they have the same policy. Duane could not have been nicer and more respectful when he came out. Not only did he do the job that I asked of him, but he also tuned it up and fixed some other things that I didn’t even know where an issue. All for slightly more money than the other company wanted to replace the one spring. I highly recommend this company.

My garage door came off the tracks on one side, and I called Duane the next morning first thing and he scheduled me for later that morning. Showed up right on time and quickly corrected the issue, did a full tune up on the door, and gave me valuable advice on keeping it working properly. His pricing was very reasonable - I will be using him for future garage and driveway gate service and repair. Highly recommended!

I've used Tinkham garage door for years, (Duane Tinkham) always excellent service and costs. Today both my springs snapped within 3 minutes of each other. No getting in/out of the garage, the manual release takes 2 people. I was stuck. I called Tinkham, I needed my garage door...badly I had plans. Duane also had plans, but I got my door fixed, and in about 45 minutes, I could still keep my plans! With two springs and a couple other fixes I was prepared for a big cost, but second great surprise the cost was a good bit less that I was expecting. Call Tinkham ! Lows costs, fast great service!

Had an accident this morning (wasn’t patient waiting for my garage to open up) and backed into my garage door. Call them around 8:30 and they came out at 2 and had it fixed in an hour for an AMAZING PRICE!!! Will forever use this company for any future needs!
